A POTPOURRI OF HOLIDAY PICTURES. DECEMBER, 2014.
Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas.
An outing to Fredericksburg for Christmas shopping.
“Ted,” our Christmas Bear, made an encore appearance on our motorhome dashboard. This year he was joined by Snoopy. I took this photo outside the RV, facing the windshield. People came from great distances to see this elaborate display. Fortunately, the security patrol here at Buckhorn Lake had been trained in crowd control.
Rudolph the Reindeer wasn’t available so Santa used John Deere to pull his sleigh. Funny? Or hopelessly corny? Who cares. Merry Christmas.
The office at Buckhorn Lake.
Everything here at Buckhorn Lake is beautifully decorated for Christmas.
We put our Christmas tree inside the coach-house. As you can see, we’ve got lots of shopping and wrapping yet to do!
Now it’s looking better! And we’ve still got 12 days to go before Christmas morning!
Done!
“Oh, boy! This one’s for me.”
We don’t have a chimney in our motorhome or in the casita, so Santa will just have to walk in the door.
This is our outdoor yard display. It, too, caused quite a stir in the neighborhood. Folks around here just aren’t used to seeing such elaborate decorations.
