We stayed in this area of northern Montana during September of 2014. We learned from the locals that they really have only two seasons: Summer and Winter. Winter always comes quickly and often unexpectedly. It can be 80 degrees one day and snowing the next. When it began getting cold we packed up and headed south…I don’t want to drive our motorhome in bad winter weather.
